Quality Control Technician
SUMMARY: Checks the quality, accuracy and durability of rotational molded
parts to ensure customer satisfaction and ISO Certification compliance. Assist
Quality Manager to maintain ISO 9001 certifications and
customer PPAP submissions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to:
daily scrap report, perform nonconforming material disposition and document the
results in GSS. Classify and document quality rejects by defect code/shift
that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are
followed during every production phase
production team on quality control issues and work with departmental supervisors
to improve overall company safety and product quality

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not necessary.
Preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: Global Shop, Excel,
Word, Outlook Required
Use of tape measure, basic math skills, communicates effectively with
co-workers and supervisors. Able to read English and spelling for daily
Certificates & Licenses: Quality certifications a plus
Other Requirements: Interpret written and oral instructions. Work effectively
with minimal supervision. Analyze situations and take appropriate action. Work
independently and in a team.
