Alta Resources is looking for full- and part-time Customer Service Representatives to provide professional, high-quality customer service. Alta Resources serves as essential extension of our client’s businesses. Our client’s products include everything from cleaning supplies to diapers to pet care and so many other necessary products. We are providing an opportunity for all employees to work from home, as well as enabling social distancing and enhanced cleaning services at all our offices. What You’ll Do:
When you work at Alta Resources as a Customer Service Rep, you will listen to, talk with and problem solve issues our clients’ customers may have. Duties include:
• Working with phone calls, email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clients’ customers.
• Helping facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
• Providing product support.
• Providing solutions, recommendations and product information.

Additional Job Information
• Hours of Operation: between 7:00am to 7:00pm
