Customer Service Represenative-Circulation
The Wytheville Enterprise is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
This is a part time, 20 hour per week position that is responsible for greeting subscribers and
advertisers and receiving payments or directing them to the appropriate department or person.
You will also be responsible for attending the main phone line and
greeting callers and transferring them to the appropriate parties, as well as
maintaining accurate accounting records and closing a cash drawer daily.
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills are a plus.
over-the-top customer service to internal and external customers including
independent contractors. Completes data
entry transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
to understand each customer’s problems or expectations and seeks to meet or
exceed those expectations.
in retention efforts by striving to save every customer who requests stop of
their newspaper subscription.
completes data entry transactions into the DSI system.
in route and address maintenance to maximize DSI potential and effectiveness.
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
