CCI Construction, LLC is currently seeking experienced, technically proficient, Federal Market Construction professionals with a belief in teamwork for our Redstone Arsenal, AL project. The position requires knowledge in every stage of the construction process and the ability to supervise multiple subcontractors. Must be able to Generate Project Schedules using Microsoft Project, General Computer Skills, Knowledge of all Construction Phases. Responsible for all Daily activities on Multiple Construction Projects to include scheduling and reports.
The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate, plan, and supervise subcontractors and/or craft activities ensuring adherence to plans and specifications; enforcing site safety and providing contractor quality control. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, successful candidates must have the ability and willingness to work with tools as necessary.
Must be able to pass a Federal National Agency Check.
