Administrative and Customer Service Support
STS Systems Support, LLC (SSS) is seeking Administrative and Customer Service Support for all aspects English Language Training (ELT) program at United States Government (USG) facilities, Sheppard AFB, TX.
- Act as the central point of contact for RSAF ELT IMSs to provide customer complaints.
- Establish processes for accepting, coordinating, resolving, and implementing corrective measures for all validated complaints.
- Coordinate with COR to obtain access to SAN Web.
- Shall update SAN Web with applicable RSAF ELT student information.
- Ensure SAN Web contains accurate contact information for Contractors IMSO function (point of contact, mailing address, telephone number and email address).
- Notify USG personnel of student arrival, enrollment and graduation by entering the appropriate data into the Service Providers student management system and updating the SAN Web.
- Serve as RSAF ELT IMS liaison with all on-base and off-base agencies.
