The contractor shall advise and assist in the maturation of Human Capital and Equipment by collecting, analyzing, validating, and managing data across the Expeditionary and Emergency Services (E&ES) portfolios. Typically perform the following kinds of functions:
- Compile information from authoritative data sources to inform E&ES Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Calculate Return on Investment and Savings calculations for maintenance and modernization of assets within the E&ES activity portfolio.
- Support data managers/sub-activity managers and SME’s with completion and maintenance of Process Improvement Guides, Data Repositories, Data Management Plans, and the Air Force Civil Engineer Standards Library.
*Senior labor category has over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree. A Senior labor category typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Prefer experience working in Air Force Logistics or Air Force Civil Engineering Base Engineer Emergency Force or Air Force Civil Engineering Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operation Repair Squadron. These positons will not be considered for waiver of educational requirements.
