We are seeking a customer service-oriented, highly-motivated and experienced leader to join our world-class team as General Manager of Hobbit’s Glen Golf Club and Fairway Hills Golf Clubs.

As a member of the Golf Management Team, the General Manager will oversee both Hobbit’s Glen Golf Club and Fairway Hills Golf Club. The General Manager will be responsible for the total golf operation and services offered, including the pro shop, golf range, golf services areas, supervision of the head golf professional and golf cart operations.

The position will promote an exceptional “golf experience” and provide excellent services and programs for all patrons. This position will develop and create budgets, variance reporting and play a major role in guiding the future planning for Hobbit’s Glen Golf Club and Fairway Hills Golf Club.

The General Manager will maintain a close working relationship with the Director of Golf Maintenance, the restaurant management, and other department heads in golf operations. The General Manager will assist in leading the team to provide excellent customer service per CA’s Service Excellence principles and to deliver on CA’s Mission, Vision and Values.

This is a challenging position, involving considerable responsibility, complexity and variety.


Extensive golf experience. Five years of prior golf course experience with progressive responsibility required. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance.

  2. LPGA or PGA member preferred


Four-year college degree preferred
