Aquatics Call Center Agents are charged with a responsibility that may have a lasting impact on the success of an organization — making a good first impression. These employees are often the first representatives of Columbia Association's Aquatics Division that a visitor encounters, so they need to be courteous, professional and helpful. Agents answer telephones, route calls, greet visitors, respond to inquiries from the public and residents, and provide information about Columbia Association. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) requiring some evenings and Saturdays.
Effective communication skills
Excellent administrative (at least six months of previous administrative/secretarial experience preferred), organizational, and time management skills.
Previous experience in customer service (at least six months preferred) a definite plus.
May be required to be certified as a lifeguard and be on call to fill guarding vacancies.
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
