PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, service ware, preparation equipment, utensils, and disposal waste.
Follows daily cleaning schedules.
Washes utensils, cups, glassware, dishes and other items used in the Food & Beverage Department.
Ability to operate an automatic dishwasher.
Empties and transports trash to central receptacles.
Assists cooks as needed to slice vegetables, etc.
Assists supervisors in setting up and taking down various company functions.
Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.
