Position Summary

The SharePoint Administrator I is an entry level position that will work in a team environment administering the SharePoint Environment at Credit One Bank. The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience in SharePoint Administration experience within an Information Technology arena, including but not limited to SSRS, Permissions Administration, and SharePoint Development.  The individual will have sound decision making and a drive to learn and succeed, as well as being a team player.

 

Position Requirements

  • Three or more years’ experience Supporting and Administering Microsoft SharePoint Environments.

  • Experience with SharePoint Upgrades, Backups, and Migrations, specifically SP2016

  • Experience and Knowledge of SharePoint Architecture, Installation, Central Administration, Services Settings Farm configuration, and Server Patching

  • Experience managing SharePoint Site Collections and sub-sites:

  • Site Creation, Administration, Permissions Management, Site Contents, and Page Layout, as well as Standardization

  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Workflows, InfoPath, and ShareGate

  • Expert experience using the Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel, Access, and OneNote

  • Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint System issues.

  • Experience with Reporting Services integration (SSRS), all SharePoint Site Objects, Metadata Management, CSS, and Workflows.

  • Knowledge of Information Security and Systems Administration

  • Working Knowledge of Active Directory

  • Experience with SDLC and Change Management

  • Analyze, recommend and assist in Implementing SharePoint technologies to support opportunities that will benefit the entire Business Enterprise.

  • Ability to work directly in a team environment with a business group to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment solving potentially complex problems.

  • Analyze and understand business needs and requirements to translate to system specifications and deliverable solutions.

  • Effectively identify test scenarios to assist with systems and user testing.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Strong work ethic and organized work habits.

  • Foster company success through a professional appearance, being courteous to customers & vendors and by having a positive attitude.

  • Experience with Tableau a plus.

  • Experience working with SQL Server, queries and data processes a plus

  • Experience using Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies a plus: Performance Point, Excel Services, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS

Education

Bachelor's degree, preferably computer related, or Technical certifications in related technologies, or equivalent work experience.
