Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity at FLEETCOR supporting CLC Lodging or Travelliance

The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation of new CLC Lodging accounts by following CLC’s high-touch 120-Day implementation and on boarding process that involves training and new account management services.


  • Provide new account training and implementation services to new CLC accounts for a period of 120-days.

  • Ensure new accounts start successfully by delivering expert training and being passionate about the lodging management solutions CLC offers.

  • Manage room night volume expectations through scheduled account performance reviews.

  • Creatively resolve new account concerns by problem solving and delivering expert solutions.

  • Maintain new account plans and regularly review these against established milestones and targets.

  • Schedule follow up action items by tracking progress against deadlines.

  • Demonstrated understanding of CLC’s programs with ability to clearly articulate program benefits to new clients.

  • 1-2 years of previous sales, account training and/or account management experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.


  • Client Implementation Specialist will report directly to the Onboarding, Training & Implementation Manager

Performance Standards:

  • Meet established phone metrics and quality standards

  • Adhere to all FLT Procedures and Processes

  • Provide consistent accuracy and service with minimal errors

  • Ensure FLT is meeting the client’s needs and handle all issues in a timely manner.

  • Adhere to Schedule and FLT attendance policy

  • Manage time on and off the phone to provide real-time availability
