Marketing Campaign Analyst

FLEETCOR is seeking a Marketing Analyst- Campaign Analytics, who will partner with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders to track, measure and analyze online & offline marketing campaigns and report KPIs & actionable insights.

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable with pulling data from various sources, processing and analyzing data and have a working knowledge of digital marketing.

This role will be based in our Buckhead office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with channel managers to identify and track marketing campaigns
  • Connect data from CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms and internal data warehouse to track campaign performance and report KPIs
  • Measure performance of online and offline campaigns; campaigns include but not restricted to Emails, Social Media, DM, etc
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to facilitate reporting and campaign optimization, preferably in Tableau
  • Analyze and recommend actions to improve campaign performance
  • The candidate must have the ability to perform exploratory data analysis and determine whether the data quality is sufficient for the project objective.
  • Analysts in this role will develop a deep knowledge of the databases, products, and the industry.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in an analytical role, preferably in marketing areaAbility to solve business problems leveraging large amount of data, perform analysis using various methods/models
  • Analytical/Database background with strong data manipulation abilities
  • Ability to define, implement and improve processes
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, SQL and required. Experience with ETL tools, Alteryx, Tableau and Marketo is a plus
  • Self-motivated with ability to define, structure and prioritize work for self and flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate
  • Ability to adapt and work independently toward tight deadline in fast-paced work environment
  • Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Sciences, Economics or related field
