Job Summary:


The Rapid Response Specialist is responsible for daily customer reservation requests and account management. Additionally, the position will assist with CLC Lodging Accounting & Rapid Response Customer Focus Group tasks that include; answering inbound reservation calls,making outbound reservation calls, and assisting with other CLC Lodging customer data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Make reservations for first responders activated by natural disasters.

  • Receive and be responsible to quickly and efficiently answer daily questions related to billing and payment.

  • Receive disaster related customer reservation requests and make subsequent outbound calls to acquire necessary hotel accommodations.

  • Perform research projects as directed by the Rapid Response Manager, Lead and/or Vice President of Emergency Lodging.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
     

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be detailed oriented.

  • Minimum one to two years’ previous customer service experience.

  • Associates degree or equivalent is preferred
