We are looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about client relationships, developing talent, creative thinking and embracing fun. Our new Director of Sales, Chicago, will lead individual contributors, own developmental accounts and report to the Head of National Sales.   

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach the Chicago sales account executives (AEs) and partner teams
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for renewal and new partnerships
  • Commit to high activity, strategic sales culture and collaborative teamwork
  • Attend in-person meetings, join video and phone calls while guiding client discussions with AE’s
  • Participate and represent USATN at local industry events


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven successful record with 2-3 years of prior sales management experience
  • Existing senior level client and agency relationships to help close business while also leading to new opportunities
  • Strategic approach to selling and closing multi-faceted programs
  • Strong time management skills with sense of urgency to manage multiple priorities and maintain an unwavering commitment to quality
