The USA TODAY Network is seeking reporter to cover diversity issues in 4-state region: Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. 

Candidate must be fluent in Spanish, possess a great drive to expose inequities and injustice, be independent and self-motivated. Must be skilled in a variety of media including audio, video, Facebook Live and photography. Also, data analysis and social media. Strong reporting and writing skills required in addition to source building within under-served communities. Minimum of five years experience is required. The reporting position will be based in El Paso, Texas.
