Summit Insurance/The Hilb Group LLC is currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Support person for an exciting opportunity within the benefits division of a US brokerage agency in Leesburg, VA.
Responsibilities to include:
Answering the phones and distributing calls to the appropriate departments
Greeting clients and internal staff as they come into the office
Accepts payments from clients, uploads to appropriate carriers, and provide receipts.
Sort and distribute mail and faxes to the appropriate departments
Assembling a high volume of benefit open enrollment kits
Maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and reordering when necessary
Book conference rooms/lunch as needed
Maintain and update database systems in several agency management system
Requirements of the position:
1-3 years in an administrative position in an office setting
Strong customer service skills
Accuracy and dependability
Problem solving skills
Clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including proper grammar, both verbally and written
Must display a high level of confidentiality
Must have strong computer skills and an intermediate level of Excel & Word and the use of Outlook
Min: High School Diploma or its equivalent
