Job Description: 

The Camp Counselor directly supervises a group of approximately 12 campers in residential setting in order to provide a safe, fun environment for camp participants and foster social, spiritual, physical and intellectual growth.

Job Requirements: 

At least 18 years of age or will have graduated High School by the time of employment. Experience working with children preferred. Understanding, patience, creativity, a cooperative spirit, common sense, spiritual depth and commitment to working with youngsters. Obtain and maintain current certifications in CPR Heartsaver and First Aid.

Obtain and maintain required training, including Child Abuse Prevention, Safety & Risk Management, New Employee Orientation and other required day camping training prior to the start of camp or no later than 30 days (with approval) after camp begins.
