Summary: To promote, organize and maintain high standards in the fitness center or other Community Facilities as needed.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Check equipment in and out to residents.

Maintain accurate daily reservation schedules.

Maintain cleaning schedule for the health club.

Perform general office and clerical responsibilities.

Assist with activities and events as schedule.

Politely enforce all Company, Cub House and Health Club “Rules and Regulations”.

Adhere to work schedule and make appropriate arrangements as needed to ensure that front desk has coverage.

Assist in arranging concierge service.


Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school education or equivalent.


Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as specification sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.


Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Computer Skills:
Word processing, Spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
There are no supervisor responsibilities associated with this job.
