Summary: A highly qualified professional, detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter
to perform analytical duties and fully support Property Management and
development Managers.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following--other duties may be assigned:

 

Analyst Duties:

  • Assist the property management & development/acquisitions team to achieve
    growth and financial profitability through new property management, development, and acquisitions through analysis of market.

  • Perform analyses and assist in recommendations concerning the due diligence
    process and/or specific property management or developments under review.
  • Assist with due diligence activities related to property management,acquisitions
    and development opportunities.
  • Recommend deal structures, modifications and follow-up steps to maximize earnings and cash flow.
  • Coordinate and track all stages of project planning and development among marketing, leasing, finance and engineering to ensure project success.
  • Retrieve, assemble, disseminate and track Due Diligence information for acquisitions and dispositions as well as items needed for Litigation.
  • Create, maintain excel forms, budget files, tracking, etc.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education/Experience:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole number, common fractions, and decimals.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions Self-Started-ability to implement and complete projects and daily responsibilities once instructions are conveyed yet able to recognize a problem and seeks clarification before proceeding further. Ability to prioritize and multi-task duties, responsibilities and projects.

 

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Word, excellent Excel skills, Internet software, Outlook Email, Power Point, Photoshop, and willingness to learn new programs such as mapping, accounts payable, etc.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
