449 - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for ensuring that services are based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis and implemented in accordance with best clinical practices. The BCBA is responsible for writing progress reports, reviewing and graphing data, communicating with parents, staff and guardians, as well as creating programs, data sheets, and behavior plans as needed. The BCBA is responsible for training staff and or families on behavioral treatment plan and data collection, PRC/HRC presentations, billing, and providing supervision to the non-BCBA behavioral specialist for billing purposes.
Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders
