The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end user and product support to client’s Microsoft 365 users by following service delivery standards and established service level agreements.
Responsibilities
• Microsoft 365 integration, management, and support
• Implementation and maintenance of the M365 platform and the capabilities provided by the applications and services that make up the suite. Such as Azure AD, email messaging, calendaring, contact management and other collaboration toolsets including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Managing relationships with technologies that extend these core capabilities. Such as external mail delivery, filtering, anti-spam, multi-factor authentication, and conditional access.
• Health management of Microsoft O365 and Intune cloud services
• M365 security and compliance, M365 dependent infrastructure management, end point management
• Mobile device deployment and management
• Desktop & endpoint configuration deployment and management
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years and up to 10 years (depending upon applicable level) hands-on related Microsoft 365 integration and support experience
• 3+ years of hands on experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
• Demonstrated expertise delivering Office 365 solutions, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, One Drive and Teams
• Experience configuring Office 365 workloads such as OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Skype for Business.
• Support and administration experience with Exchange Server and Exchange Online - Hybrid deployments
• Exchange to Office 365 migration experience
• Knowledge in configuration and management of Hybrid Exchange environment
• AAD Connect setup and configuration
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
• Experience with DLP, and EOP (Exchange Online Protection)
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint manager (SCCM & Intune)
• Support and troubleshooting of desktops and servers
• Prior operational support of Enterprise systems
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Flexible, able to change direction quickly, demonstrated attention to detail and quality
• Proven self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, high degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision
Certifications
• Current Microsoft MCSE Certification, or in progress
• A+ Certification
• CCNA Certification
• Relevant Cloud Services Certifications (AWS, Azure, Google)
