All Purpose Winery Worker

Must be able to perform a minimum of four (4) functions in Section #1 and all functions in section #2 in a proficient manner. All purpose wine workers are required to work in a variety of departments including, but not limited to bottling, warehouse, and cellar.
SECTION 1 - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate at least one Case Packer efficiently.
Operate at least one Filler efficiently.
Operate at least one Labeler efficiently.
Efficient perform filler sanitation and wine delivery as required.
Operate the forklift/clamp-lift to deliver empty glass and put away finished product.
Operate the forklift/clamp-lift to pick, stage, and load finished product.
Operate the Velo filter efficiently.
Operate plate and frame filters efficiently.
Operate the vacuum drum filter efficiently.
Execute process orders for pre and post fermentation batching.
Execute process orders for finished wine blending for bottling.
SECTION 2 - OTHER FUNCTIONS
Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision in a team environment.
Must be able to work with chemicals safely.
Must have excellent work ethic
Must have an excellent safety, work performance and attendance record.
Must be able to work any shift and overtime as required.

High School Diploma or GED, Associate Degree preferred
One-year experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
Must be able to pass the pre-employment background check and drug screen
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in a loud environment.
Working environment is both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to related equipment and noise levels
