Wheeler Fleet Solutions is business delivering fleet parts, inventory and supply chain management, innovative problem-solver parts, and fleet stock room solutions to operators of large and small fleets. Wheeler Fleet Solutions is “Uptime Delivered” for our target markets.


OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Web Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the success of e-commerce Sales at Wheeler Fleet Solutions. They will work within our distribution and multiple e-commerce platform initiatives to drive success in areas including, but not limited to, revenue growth, customer experience, online customer support, data/market analysis and the e-commerce development roadmap. This role will need to collaborate with multiple departments, primarily Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations.


PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Contribute to the growth and profitability of the e-commerce segment by assisting in the development and coordinating the implementation of long-term marketing strategies and short-term marketing plans. Contribute to a higher level of market share by aligning the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to end customer’s needs, demands and desires. Function as a leader in all facets of e-commerce,understand channel of distribution and own business results. Support Wheeler reinvestment by ensuring that marketing strategies and plans are executed in a manner to achieve stated financial plans while avoiding unnecessary and avoidable costs.



PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The analyst will be responsible for business planning, content strategy, promotional campaigns, and other online marketing initiatives.

  • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.

  • The position will be accountable for the appearance, content, and interactivity of the site, and ensure it meets the highest standards of

  • e-commerce functionality, product information, branding editorial, and graphic quality.

  • Our e-commerce presence will adhere to best practices involving site u/i architecture, navigation, process flows, usability, SEO and accessibility. Provide day-to-day support that drives e-commerce growth and success, and increases traffic and customer engagement.

  • Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of content on the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content.

  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.

  • Use analytics to propose, by channel, user-funnel optimizations and actionable insights across the website that will be useful both to marketing leadership and day-to-day stakeholders.

  • Design, execute, measure and implement learnings. from A/B tests to enhance the user experience and drive deeper engagement and volume of qualified users.

  • Collaborate and partner with multiple functions to support and develop the e-commerce road map and optimize the customer experience while ensuring all relevant organizational goals and implications are considered into e-commerce projects.

  • Provide expertise on current e-commerce industry best practices.
    Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure e-commerce

  • Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure e-commerce principles are incorporated. Identify new e-commerce opportunities, trends and technologies to manage website enhancements. Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.

  • Define and monitor metrics to improve overall e-commerce performance.

  • Prepare reports on performance of the e-commerce sector and marketing campaigns.

  • Provide leadership of large e-commerce projects.

  • Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop e-commerce solutions.


OTHER DUTIES OF THE JOB:

  • Complete Supervisor incident report for work related injuries and report to Human Resources the same day.

  • Follow hiring process to comply with affirmative action program.

  • Provides problem solving for accounts and staffing.

  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.


Required Experience and Skills

  • The Analyst must have excellent market assessment, sales, and customer service skills, automotive parts knowledge, and be versed in closing sales online.

  • The Business Development Manager must represent Wheeler in a professional and expert manner as a supplier, information resource and customer service-oriented company.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required.

  • 3-5+ years in e-commerce with a track record of growth and innovation.

  • Proven track record of delivering on business objectives and sales targets.

  • Demonstrated market growth for B2B and/or B2C e-commerce channels.

  • Results-oriented with an outstanding track record of developing profitable engagement digital marketing programs and meeting and exceeding performance objectives.

  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and analytic tools.

  • Experienced in data-driven strategic analysis and customer insights.

  • Deep experience optimizing SEO, CRO, PPC, ROI.

  • Analytics, digital marketing, and email marketing.

  • Experience in multiple CMS, CRM, automation platforms, Google Analytics (and other web/CMS analytics tool).

  • Experience with PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns, Google Analytics, punchout, B2B e-commerce ecosystem and Infor M3 ERP Software a plus.

  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and communicate high impact initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Able to work well under pressure, and manage and prioritize a multitude of tasks.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

  • Superior communication, creative problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with P&L management, e-commerce, and database marketing.

  • Excellent team builder and mentor.
