WinnCompanies is searching for a organized and customer service-focused Project Coordinator to join our team in Medford, MA. In this role, your primary responsibility is to act as a liaison for the residents and management office regarding the project. You will be responsible for ensuring professional courtesy is extended to residents and contractors throughout the special project.


  • Manage and monitor the quality and completion of project work by the subcontractors and in-house technicians.

  • Conduct regular project management calls to track and communicate the project status from inception to completion.

  • Educate residents regarding contractor’s scheduling needs during the project while also managing special resident considerations such as medical conditions and language barriers.

  • Provide daily access to all units based on construction or special project schedule.


  • Education – High School Diploma/GED.

  • Computer Skills – Proficient in MS Office; Previous Yardi/OneSite experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills; detail-oriented; ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
