As a Regional Marketing Manager of the Southwest Regional Office, you will help fulfill the promise that Central makes by leading our Marketing Managers through effective territorial development, agency relationship development, communication, strategy execution, and team accountability. The RMM is responsible for working with the Regional VP and the rest of the management team to perpetuate a culture that fulfills Central’s core values of Excellence, Integrity, and Relationships. This includes: 

  • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring Regional Marketing Managers as territorial leaders
  • Effectively evaluating performance for the team and individually
  • Managing staffing, workloads and budgets effectively
  • Working collaboratively within the regional leadership and with other regional counterparts to accomplish corporate objective and priorities
  • Overseeing agency premium budgets, goals, monitor results and coordinate action plans
  • Managing the new agency appointment and development goals across the region


We are seeking someone with the following experience/skills/knowledge:


  • Management experience preferred, with potential to develop in-to next level regional leadership
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience overall in Marketing and/or Underwriting with a strong emphasis in Commercial Lines
  • The ability to drive excellent internal and external relationships in a collaborative fashion
  • Strong communication, listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Can maximize the utilization of technology to manage remote employees
  • Proven strategic thought leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills
  • Preferably in Dallas/Ft. Worth or willing to relocate
  • Available for extensive travel, across an eight state territory, including overnight
  • Strong knowledge of Independent Insurance Agents and Associations
